Performance Swim

Performance Swim offers participants coached water workouts designed to improve technique, build stamina and help achieve health and fitness goals.  The class includes a video analysis to help improve stroke development.  Participants will need to be able to complete 50 yards of continuous swim to qualify for this program.  There...
