We offer a high end, 32,000 square foot facility with indoor track, indoor pool, country club style locker rooms, free childcare, 24 hour access and so much more!

HOURS:

Monday through Thursday 4:30 am to 10 pm
Friday 4:30 am to 8 pm
Saturday 7 am to 5 pm
Sunday 8 am to 5 pm
24 Hour Access is available

CHILDCARE HOURS:

Monday-Saturday 8am to 1pm
Monday-Friday 4pm to 8pm
